Cyanide Sundae are a formidable hard rock power trio from the South of England who recently released their sophomore album “Serpents Of Humanity”. This is a dynamite ten track album that pulls no punches and drags you along on one hell of a wild ride.
This is all guns blazing heavy rock with a hefty dose of riotous punk rock for added firepower. Right from the start of the opening track “Rattlesnake” you quickly realise there is no turning back and you better strap in.
Cyanide Sundae unleash a sonic onslaught that will flip you upside down, turn you inside out and leave you in a gibbering heap on the floor with a big sloppy grin on your face. This album is a compelling and irresistible example of how good modern, heavy alternative rock can really be. It consists of everything we love about heavy rock with added punk venom which gives the sound a razor sharp edge to it.
Each song gallops along at a blistering pace without giving you a chance to catch your breath. Listening to this record is an exhilarating experience. These guys do not let up on the intensity and this could be the quickest forty four minutes of your life!
This ruthless sounding triumvirate are Paul Fielder on guitar and vocals, Andre Andrews on bass and Kev Terry behind the drum kit. All three have brought their A Game on this record. It is no understatement to say that each one of them has excelled themselves. As a lead vocalist Paul is a tireless vocal juggernaut who has power, range and a real stand out singing style that continually hits the mark. He has that rare gift of being able to combine heavy rock and vicious punk singing styles that you just don’t hear much these days.
Cyanide Sundae have produced one hell of an album which will take you to new heights in the enjoyment of no holds barred, savage heavy rock and roll. I love this album, there are no weak tracks on it whatsoever. It overflows with hard hitting lyrics and a never say die heavy rock quality. It has everything a modern, hard rock/punk hybrid album should have and then some. I am confident that “Serpents Of Humanity” will feature in my list of top ten albums of the year. That is how good I think it is.

New album release

Nov 3rd, 2023

Cyanide Sundae return with arguably their most important album. 10 thumping tracks of angst and anger focusing on the fight against tyranny and pure demonic evil from those in high positions of power who are trying to steal our freedoms and take control of our souls. Serpents of Humanity takes you on a journey of intense riffs and rage in the battle of good vs evil with emotions of hate, anger, despair and maybe a little hope.

Dedicated to the memory of Russ Plowman, who recorded & engineered all of Cyanide Sundae's recordings.
